Simple Banner
Create some very cool buttons for your website layouts. I recommend you make them smaller and they will look really cool.

- Click here to see the video version of this tutorial.

- Open a new 468 x 60 PSD document.

- Go to Layer -> New -> Layer, name it bg and click ok.

- Fill the new layer with light grey (#ebebeb).

- Go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Stroke, apply the following changes and click ok:

(use #666666 for Color)

- Go to Layer -> Layer Style -> Gradient Overlay, apply the following changes and click ok:

(Don't change Blend Mode to Multiply, use Normal... looks better normally)

- Now grab the Rounded Rectangle tool (alt) and make a shape like this:

- Go to Layer -> Rasterize -> Shape.

- Go to Layer -> Style -> Stroke, apply the following changes and click ok.

(use #666666 for Color)

- Go to Layer -> Style -> Gradient Overlay, apply the following changes and click ok:

- Change your foreground color to soft-light blue. (#448cca).

- Write your business phone number or anything short on the bottom write corner like below (Phone No. Recommended):

- Add some other texts, apply text effects to them.... that's all.

- Here's how my final result looks like:
