Correct Color
One of the reasons why Photoshop is extremely popular because of its advance color correction and tone. In this tutorial I will show you how to use some basic techniques to fix a image and get professional results.

- Open a image in Photoshop to work with, in this example we'll be using this:

- Before doing anything it is best to find out the problems with your pictures. Here are some of the things that the image definately needs fixing. The image is too dark, clouds aren't really showing the stormy effect like it should and you hardly can see the people on the left side of the image. So lets fix them one by one!

- Lets fix the brightness and contrast. Go to Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Brightness Contrast, click ok and apply the following settings:

- Your image now should like this:

- Its time to shine or make the clounds clearer. Go to Layer -> New Adjustment Layer -> Levels , click ok and apply the following settings:

- Now your image will look like this:
