One of my favorite effects of all time, the rain drop. I recommend use it on different kinds of wallpapers and it will be fantastic.

- Open a image, where you will apply this effect. For this example I will use this image:

- Change your foreground color to: #030303 and background color to: #FD0202.
- Go to Layer - New - Layer and click ok.
